Delivery information
All the Blooming Lot uses a number of various freight companies that are contracted to us and therefore we require a signature from the appropriate age person at recipients’ address, unless specified that the parcel is to be left at the front or back door if no one is at home. This is not recommended and we take no responsibility for loss.
If this is not specified the courier will leave a card for the hamper to be either re-delivered or picked up from the depot.
Extra cost may occur, these can also apply if incorrect or incomplete delivery address is given
It is wise to have a contact phone number fro the recipient to help the courier deliver your gift to the right person at the right address and at the right time.

Gold Coast / Tweed Coast
Timeframe: Same day delivery if before 11am
Cost: $13.50

Brisbane / Logan
Timeframe: same day delivery if order before 9am outer
Cost: $13.50

Metro areas
Timeframe: Suburbs and non metro areas next day deliveries
Cost $13.50

Sunshine Coast, Northern NSW
Timeframe: same day if ordered before 9am add an extra
Cost $15.00

Queensland Intrastate
Timeframe: 1-3 working days
Cost $20.00

NSW
Timeframe: 2-3 working days
Cost $20.00

Victoria
Timeframe: 3-5 working days
Cost $25.00

Sa, TAS, WA
Timeframe: 3-8 working days
Cost: $30.00

Deliveries of more then one hamper to the to the same address : the first hamper is at the full rate and additional hampers are at 50% for each additional hamper.

Bulk hampers of over 5 to the same address may have further discount rates apply.

Although we use highly reputable couriers to deliver our hampers delays may occur from time to time due to unforeseen reasons, which are totally out of our control.

In the instant that your gift has not arrived as per your request or scheduled delivery time, please contact us and we will make every effort to track it down.

Every effort is made by us to deliver your hamper on time however we can not guarantee delivery on that date due to the fact that all deliveries are controlled by the courier company.

Flowers are to Gold Coast only

CHRISTMAS ORDERS must be placed before 15th December 2007
To ensure delivery will be on time. Deliveries after this date cannot be guaranteed however for the Gold Coast area every effort will be made to deliver late orders.

Please note that deliveries are NOT POSSIBLE ON WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. In some circumstances local Gold Coast deliveries can be accommodated.
